The staff were incredibly friendly and passionate about their jobs, providing excellent service. The game drives were amazing, with dedicated guides who went out of their way to ensure a memorable experience. The camp is located in a large reserve, offering plenty of opportunities to see a variety of animals in their natural habitat.

Some guests mentioned issues with the quality of the dinner, such as overcooked steak and inedible fish. Additionally, the camp charges for internet access and drinks offered during safaris and after dinner, which may be an inconvenience for some travelers.

I chose this hotel for attending a team retreat and it was a great choice. Both business travelers and tourists can enjoy the hotel's facilities and services. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the food was excellent, and the game drives were informative and enjoyable. The lodge itself was comfortable and the surroundings were beautiful, providing a relaxing and inspiring environment for our retreat.

The only service that I missed for my work was reliable and fast internet access. As a businessman, I needed to stay connected and unfortunately, the internet connection at the hotel was slow and unreliable at times.

Loved the intimate atmosphere with only 5 tents. Meals with guides brought a personal touch. Game drives were incredible with knowledgeable guides spotting hidden animals. Glamping experience in comfortable tents. Vegetarian meals were specially made.

We had the most incredible experience at Sausage Tree Safari Camp in the Balule Game Reserve. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and the check-in process was a breeze. the camp only accommodates a maximum of 10 people, which created a warm and intimate atmosphere. the food served at the camp surpassed our expectations, and we even had a special private dinner arranged for my partner's birthday. the game drives were outstanding, thanks to our knowledgeable ranger Matt and tracker Themba. They went above and beyond to ensure we had an unforgettable safari experience. we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in South Africa.
